About Me
Chris graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in international business with a real estate focus and a minor in Japanese. Upon graduation, he worked at the Center for Study Abroad in Kobe, Japan before returning to Athens and starting his real estate career concentrating on commercial properties.
Chris is a registered appraiser in Georgia and holds his real estate license in Georgia and Alabama. He has previously co-chaired the Business Neighborhood Alliance with the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and served as the commercial representative for the Agent Advisory Council. Chris is a founding member of the Athens Leadership Society and the president of the commercial/land committee for the Athens Association of Realtors. In addition, he is a member of the Lifetime Million Dollar Club, the International Sterling Society and was named the top commercial sales agent with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty - commercial division in 2004 and 2006. He and his wife, Maura, live in Athens.
